  There’s nothing that  speaks to being girly or romantic like ruffles. Thank God they are in again, and 5 year olds aren’t the only ones who can have fun wearing them.   For the body conscious you’ll want to pay attention to the location of your ruffles. They can exaggerate the size of areas that you may not want to call attention to.  While we are seeing a lot of dressy red carpet looks,  but we love the look of ruffles for a casual look.
