Topshop Launches New Makeup Line in the States
This British retailer is best known for its edgy, fashion foward clothes, but in May they will launch a new cosmetics line. It has been more than 15 years since they tried their hand at cosmetics, hopefully it will be huge success this time. We love Topshop! Anywho, the new line will be sold on their website(www.us.topshop.com), all Topshop stores including the New York store. The line will be reflect their edgy style. Topshop designer, Lizzie Dawson explains in WWD, “It’s playful, almost like the Topshop girl drew it herself.” The line will have a permanent line, a seasonal line, and release different trend collections 4 to 6 times a year. “If Shoppers can’t afford a new outfit, then they will go for a new nail polish.” Dawson told WWD. Price range will be between $8 and $20.00.
