Taylor Momsen’s Tip Jar Heels: Hit or Miss?

If it’s attention that Taylor is seeking with her risque outfits, she is getting plenty of it! For the second time in a week we are blogging about Taylor’s outfit. This 16 year old has been wearing some daring get ups lately. She appears to really love garters, but are they appropriate for a 16 year old? This past weekend she performed at the Warped Tour wearing a see-through shirt, garters and tip jar heels.  All we can say is…really Taylor? Really? What do you think of her Tip Jar Heels?
