Mr. Ford is recognized for revitalizing Gucci and putting them back on the forefront of fashion when he started with them in 1990. He was originally hired to head the womens ready to wear, but his role quickly expanded to mens wear, fragrances and shoes. In 2004 Ford left Gucci to start his own fashion line Tom Ford, which in the beginning mainly focused on accessories. Now he has menswear, eyewear for men and women, and fragrances. He has a store in New York and is in the process of opening another in Los Angeles. And from what we hear, he is working on starting a womens collection. Ewww can’t wait for that! Okay back to the men..after speaking with men about why they like Tom Ford suits, most men say it’s the fit of his suit and top of the line fabrics. However, his suits are very expensive! So if you can’t afford to get your honey a TF suit, we suggest coping the Tom Ford’s classic fragrance Black Orchid. This will be his favorite cologne and yours too! We LOVE it!
