Kelly Rowland’s Purple ‘Fit: Fab or Fug?

Yesterday Kelly Rowland attended the E! 20th anniversary party  held at The London Hotel  in West Hollywood, California. She was rocking a new hairdo and an interesting outfit.  We love her hair! And the dress she wore on the red carpet is HAUTE.  But ahhhh..we are not so sure about the purple ‘fit.
