Italian Vogue Launches Vogue Black and Vogue Curvy

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Vogue Italian just launched Vogue Black and Vogue Curvy and the Internet is buzzing!  In July Vogue sparked controversy when they rolled out an all black issue highlighting the lack of black models used in the fashion industry. Well apparently all that jazz prompted the editor-in-chief to  create Vogue Black. So now, here they are again the topic of discussion.  Vogue Black focuses on blacks in fashion with profiles of Grace Jones and Tyra Banks.

Vogue Curvy is for the voluptuous curvy woman and features video interviews with plus size models Crystal Renn and actress America Ferrera. Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Franca Sozzani states the new Curvy site is a “channel where you may find out that a size 16 makes you happier than a size 0, and where having curves equals to being sexy and self-confident.”
